Challenge Summary
John Wolf of the Onnit Academy introduces the Werewolf Transformation Challenge. Build work capacity with these four exercises and see how you improve. The Werewolf Transformation Challenge will make a beast out of any man. This challenge is not for the faint of heart, the Werewolf Legend Bell is 62 pounds of intensity packed into one implement. Only accept this challenge if you are ready to shed your sheep’s skin, and seek the Wolf in thyself.
Challenge Instructions
Complete all 4 Werewolf Legend Bell exercises in a circuit fashion, after all four reps are completed, switch arms and repeat. Try and complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 5 minutes. Record your score and post in comments section below.
A1. Bodyweight Frog Sprawl – 1 rep x AMRAP (each side)
A2. Werewolf Legend Bell Snatch – 1 rep x AMRAP (each side)
A3. Werewolf Legend Bell Windmill – 1 rep x AMRAP (each side)
A4. Werewolf Legend Bell Overhead Lunge– 1 rep x AMRAP (each side)
