Workout Summary

If you want to get lean and ripped than you are going to have to work! HARD! The Ultimate Full Body Conditioning Workout is a fat-blasting, endurance building blazer of a routine that will leave you gasping for air and shred fat to the core! The workout begins with a 20 minute conditioning triplet combining the Barbell Deadlift, a compound movement that is one of the best stand alone movements around, with two kettlebell exercises to create one hell of challenge. But that’s not it. The Ultimate Full Body Conditioning Workout finishes with a Kettlebell Mountain Climber Deadlift to empty the tank and push you to your limit!

Workout Instructions

Complete as many rounds as possible of conditioning group A in 20 minutes. Rest 5 minutes and perform all 50 reps of B1 as a finisher.

A1: Barbell Deadlift - Max rounds x 20 reps
A2: Explosive Alternating Kettlebell Push Up – Max Rounds x 10 reps
A3: Kettlebell Figure 8 – Max Rounds x 10 reps

B1: Kettlebell Mountain Climber Deadlift – 1 round x 50 reps
