Staggered Stance Offset Side Row Steel Mace Exercise Description
From a tall neutral standing position, step back into a staggered stance, back foot heel up, as you hip hinge into a side load ready position with the sphere at the back. Keep your front arm locked out as you row the back arm, the end with the sphere, up to a bent arm. Then return to lock out. Your orientation should remain forward as you rotate into the side load ready position, and maintain the spiral through your torso as you row.
