Side Load Reverse Lunge Steel Mace Exercise Description
Start with a double overhand grip on the mace in the front of the body at full arm extension. Keeping your arms locked out, draw the mace into the side load position, sphere back. Feel the spiral of rotation as you maintain the side load position, proud chest, while working to keep a forward orientation. From there, reverse lunge stepping back with the leg on the opposite side of the mace. Remember to come down in two 90 degree angles on the legs, spine vertical over hips, hips over back leg knee.
