Rotating Split Stance Offset Side Row Steel Mace Exercise Description
Go through the split stance offset side row, but now you will add a rotation to the front. The rotation comes once you’ve rowed the sphere up to the bent arm position. Then use that hand as the pivot point as your draw your front arm across to the other side of your body into a bent arm position for an even horizontal middle ready position. Return that far arm forward as you reset for your side row.
