Rotating High Hinge Offset Row Steel Mace Exercise Description
Perform the high hinge offset row. When you come to both arms bent evenly and the mace to your lower ribs, rotate through your thoracic to one side. Shoulders stay square throughout, mace not moving from its orientation to the front lower ribs as you rotate. The goal is to eventually get rotated to the point that the mace is perpendicular to the ground. Then come out of rotation, perform the offset row and repeat.
