Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop grass-fed whey isolate, vanilla
  • 1 scoop vanilla ketones*
  • 1 tbsp. MCT Oil
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp. Trilogy WAC Butter
  • 5 dashes ground cinnamon
  • ⅓ tsp. ground turmeric or 1 tsp. fresh turmeric
  • ⅛ tsp. Himalayan salt
  • 12 fl.oz. unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups ice
Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender. Pulse until smooth. Top with ground turmeric and cinnamon if desired.

*We recommend using the Vanilla Keto Meal by Kegenix for this recipe. It has a nice flavor profile and adds thickness to the shake without needing to add any frozen fruit.
