Outward Press Steel Mace Exercise Description
Bring the mace to the outward top ready position, hand close to the sphere. From there, press the mace overhead by driving the elbow out to the side while maintaining a vertical forearm angle. That doesn’t mean you should lose your shoulder integrity though.
It is still packed down and connected strong to the rest of our structure. Keep the mace evenly horizontal throughout the press and watch that you do not begin to bend or rotate out to one side due to the offset weight in one hand.
To bring the mace back to the start, pull down actively as though trying to lift your body off the ground.
