Putting butter in your coffee is a hot trend these days, and it should be! “Butter Coffee” can give you energy while increasing cognitive function for up to 8 hours with no crash. So, naturally we decided to take a stab at butter coffee with our own variation of this trendy drink. This recipe comes straight from the Onnit Cafe located in the Defranco’s Gym at the Onnit Academy.
Main Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Onnit Coffee
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Hemp Force
- 1/4 teaspoon MCT OIL
- 1 tablespoon WAC Butter
- 1 teaspoon Colostrum
- 1 teaspoon Grassfed Butter
- Dash of Fresh Grated Cinnamon
Assembly:
Mix all ingredients into a blender and mix until frothy. Sprinkle or grate cinnamon on top to finish. Serve hot.
