This is the Onnit Academy Workout of the Day for Thursday November 05, 2015. It is a bodyweight workout consisting of 6 rounds of bodyweight training. This is #9 of a series of daily workouts, showing you exactly what we are doing at the Onnit Academy Gym in Austin, Texas.
Workout Instructions
Perform each exercise in group A for a total of 45 seconds. Rest 15 -20 seconds and move on to the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 6 rounds rounds. The goal of this training session is General Physical Preparation and to increase your workout capacity.
A1: Bodyweight Squat to Plank - 6 rounds x 45 seconds.
A2: Bodyweight Quad Presses - 6 rounds x 45 seconds.
A3: Bodyweight Box Jumps - 6 rounds x 45 seconds.
A4: Bodyweight Push Ups – 6 rounds x 45 seconds.
