Workout Details
This is the Onnit Academy Workout of the Day for Tuesday November 03, 2015. It is a bodyweight workout consisting of a minute on the minute workout scheme using bodyweight training. This is #7 of a series of daily workouts, showing you exactly what we are doing at the Onnit Academy Gym in Austin, Texas.
Workout Instructions
Perform all exercises in group A before resting. Try finishing group A in 30-45 seconds leaving 15-30 seconds rest before beginning again on the next minute. Repeat for a total of 20 rounds. The goal of this training session is General Physical Preparation and to increase your workout capacity.
A1: Bodyweight Burpee Sprawls – 20 rounds x 5 reps.
A2: Bodyweight Knee Throughs- 20 rounds x 5 reps.
A3: Bodyweight Pull Planks – 20 rounds x 5 reps.
