Workout Details
This is the Onnit Academy Workout of the Day for Monday November 02, 2015. It is a mixed implement workout consisting of 20 minutes of steel clubs, sandbags, medicine balls and kettlebell workouts. This is #6 of a series of daily workouts, showing you exactly what we are doing at the Onnit Academy Gym in Austin, Texas.
Workout Instructions
Perform all exercises in group A for 1 minute each using steel clubs, sandbags, kettlebells, and medicine balls for 20 minutes. Rest as little as needed in between rounds. The goal of this training session is General Physical Preparation and to increase your workout capacity.
A1: Steel Club Leg Drivers - 5 rounds x 1 minute.
A2: Sandbag Reverse Side Lunges – 5 rounds x 1 minute.
A3: Double Kettlebell Squat to Press - 5 rounds x 1 minute.
A4: Medicine Ball Slams - 5 rounds x 1 minute.
