Workout Details
This is the Onnit Academy Workout of the Day. Today’s workout is a steel mace workout consisting of 1 giant set performed for 15 minutes continuously. This is #40 of a series of daily workouts showing you exactly what we are doing at the Onnit Academy Gym in Austin, Texas.
Workout Instructions
Perform all exercises in group A as a giant set. Perform 10 reps of A1 followed by 10 reps of A2 and 20 reps of A3. Once done with all exercises in group A…repeat.
The goal for today is to get as many reps of each exercise for 15 minutes straight. Rest as little or as much as you would like during the 15 minutes.

A1. Steel Mace Reverse Lunge – 5 reps (each side)
A2. Steel Mace Switch Squat – 5 reps (each side)
A3. Steel 360 - 10 reps (each way)
