Workout Details
This is the Onnit Academy Workout of the Day for Thursday October 29, 2015. It is a bodyweight workout consisting of 10 rounds of bodyweight training using a 20 second work to 10 second rest scheme. This is #4 of a series of daily workouts, showing you exactly what we are doing at the Onnit Academy Gym in Austin, Texas.
Workout Instructions
Perform all exercises in group A for 20 second work to 10 second rest scheme using only your bodyweight for a total of 10 rounds. The goal of this training session is General Physical Preparation and to increase your workout capacity.
A1: Bodyweight Forward Lunge – 10 rounds x 20/10 work to rest ratio
A2: Bodyweight Quad Presses - 10 rounds x 20/10 work to rest ratio
A3: Bodyweight Ab Bicycles - 10 rounds x 20/10 work to rest ratio
A4: Bodyweight Leg Throughs - 10 rounds x 20/10 work to rest ratio
A5: Bodyweight Burpee Sprawl- 10 rounds x 20/10 work to rest ratio
