Workout Details
This is the Onnit Academy Workout of the Day. Today’s workout, is a bodyweight workout consisting of 1 giant circuit of bodyweight training using a tabata training scheme for 8 rounds. This is #36 of a series of daily workouts showing you exactly what we are doing at the Onnit Academy Gym in Austin, Texas.
Workout Instructions
Perform all exercises in group A as a giant circuit. Perform 20 seconds of A1 then rest for 10 seconds. Do this until you have completed all 8 rounds of A1. Once done with all exercises in A1 rest and repeat the same scheme for A2, A3, etc. Repeat until you are done with all exercises in group A.

A1. Bodyweight Forward Lunge – 8 rounds x 20 sec work/10 sec rest.
A2. Bodyweight Lateral Lunge - 8 rounds x 20 sec work/10 sec rest.
A3. Bodyweight Low Pulling Plank - 8 rounds x 20 sec work/10 sec rest.
A4. Bodyweight Knee Sit Through - 8 rounds x 20 sec work/10 sec rest.
A5. Bodyweight Push Up - 8 rounds x 20 sec work/10 sec rest.
A6. Bodyweight Burpee - 8 rounds x 20 sec work/10 sec rest.
