This is the Onnit Academy Workout of the Day for Thursday November 19, 2015. It is a bodyweight workout consisting of 5 – 30 rounds of bodyweight training using 4 separate supersets. This is #19 of a series of daily workouts, showing you exactly what we are doing at the Onnit Academy Gym in Austin, Texas.
Workout Instructions
Perform all exercises in group A before moving on to Group B with as little rest as possible. Rest and repeat for a total of 5 rounds. Record your total time in the comments section. The goal of this training session is General Physical Preparation and to increase your workout capacity.
A1. Bodyweight Bear Squat – 5 rounds x 30 sec.
A2. Bodyweight Quad Press - 5 rounds x 30 sec.
B1. Bodyweight Squat – 5 rounds x 30 sec.
B2. Bodyweight Twist and Knee Sit – 5 rounds x 30 sec.
C1. Bodyweight Bicycles - 5 rounds x 30 sec.
C2. Bodyweight Push Up – 5 rounds x 30 sec.
D1. Bodyweight Running High Knee – 5 rounds x 30 sec.
D2. Bodyweight Plank – 5 rounds x 30 sec.
