Workout Details
This is the Onnit Academy Workout of the Day for Thursday November 12, 2015. It is a bodyweight workout consisting of 8 rounds of 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest of bodyweight training. This is #14 of a series of daily workouts, showing you exactly what we are doing at the Onnit Academy Gym in Austin, Texas.
Workout Instructions
Perform all exercises in group A with as little rest as possible. Rest and repeat for a total of 5 rounds. The goal of this training session is General Physical Preparation and to increase your workout capacity.
A1. Bodyweight Reverse Lunge – 8 rounds x 20 sec.
A2. Bodyweight Lateral Lunge - 8 rounds x 20 sec.
A3. Bodyweight Quad Press - 8 rounds x 20 sec.
A4. Bodyweight Knee Sit Throughs - 8 rounds x 20 sec.
A5. Bodyweight Push Ups - 8 rounds x 20 sec.
A6. Bodyweight Reverse Plank Hold - 8 rounds x 20 sec.
