Workout Details
This is the Onnit Academy Workout of the Day for Monday November 09, 2015. It is a steel mace and kettlebell workout consisting of as many as rounds as possible for 25 minutes of steel mace and kettlebell training. This is #11 of a series of daily workouts, showing you exactly what we are doing at the Onnit Academy Gym in Austin, Texas.
Workout Instructions
Perform as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes. The goal is to complete 6 rounds. Perform all the exercises in group A before resting. Rest as little as needed and repeat. The goal of this training session is General Physical Preparation and to increase your workout capacity.
A1. Alternating Switch Lunge Steel Mace Exercise – 10 reps (each side)
A2. Clean to Squat Kettlebell Exercise - 10 reps
A3. Uppercut Press Steel Mace Exercise – 5 reps (each side)
A4. Push Press Kettlebell Exercise – 5 reps
