Today, with the help of Chris Holdsworth, I am going to go over one of my favorite hand and footwork drills. This drill consists of a 3 combo followed by a step back into an opposite stance. After that you perform a cross-hook into a 2 combo. A 3 combo in the Duane Bang System is a jab-cross-hook combo. A 2 combo in the Duane Bang System is a jab-cross combo.
Step 1: Perform a 3 combo, then reload, and step into south paw.
Step 2: Once in south paw perform a cross-hook combo followed by a 2 combo.
Step 3: Start the drill over.
