Description
Getting into your high hinge row position, draw the hand without the sphere on its side up to your ribs and hold that bent arm position. From there you will row the other arm with the sphere bringing the mace to a full rowed position. Keeping that same initial bent arm bent, return the other rowing arm to lock out. Continue rowing on one side until it’s time to switch to the other side. Watch that your shoulders don’t creep up to your ears.
