Extended Shoulder Curl Steel Mace Exercise Description
To perform the Extended Shoulder Curl Steel Mace Exercise start with an over/under grip. The under hand grip will be on the sphere side. Extend that arm out straight to the side at between lower rib to chest height, elbow pit facing up. Bend the arm on the other side, bringing it up to the same height to keep the mace parallel to the ground.
Curl the extended arm drawing the sphere to your shoulder, keeping the elbow of that arm at the same height throughout. As you do so, lock out the bent arm on the opposite side down towards your hip. This will put the mace at a cross body ready position before extending back out to the start.
