Double Wide Side Press Steel Mace Exercise Description
With the sphere on top, hold the mace in a vertical side ready position. Have the hands separated wide with one hand near the top and one near the bottom. Keeping hips squared forward, rotate through your torso first as you press the mace out to full arm lock on the opposite side the mace started. Watch that you maintain a proud chest so as not to let the shoulders round forward. Keep in mind that we are working to maintain a neutral wrist alignment. So the as you press forward and draw back, your hands will rotate around the mace without bending the wrist.
