Double Wide Press Steel Mace Exercise Description
With the sphere on top, hold the mace in a vertical front ready position. Have the hands separated wide with one hand near the top and one near the bottom. Keeping a proud chest and shoulders down, press the mace out to full arm lock, elbow pits rotated to the sky.
Keep in mind that we are working to maintain a neutral wrist alignment. So as you press forward and draw back, your hands will rotate around the mace without bending in the wrist.
