Double Narrow Side Press Steel Mace Exercise Description
This press is the same as the double wide version, only now the hands are much closer together and further away from the ends. This increases the degree of stability required of the hands to keep the mace balanced as you press.
Rotate in the torso first to ensure a true twist rather than simply a reach. Remember that you are working to keep wrists from being bent during this movement and allowing for your hands to rotate as the position changes in relation to the mace throughout the press.
